Syria, Libya, Eretria, Gulf of Aquaba, Somalia, All territories within
the Republic of Yugoslavia, Zaire, Liberia, Georgia, Haiti, Yemen, Sri
Lanka, Commonwealth of Independent States (C.I.S.), and Estonia,
Latvia, Lithuania, and the areas formerly known as the Union of Soviet
