The Annual Events Program is designed to
meet the needs of event producers who organize multiple events
throughout the year. The Annual Events Program provides access to a
broad range of insurance coverages for over 150 types of events on an
annual basis.
The
Annual Events Program quotations are usually sent
within 15 minutes after receipt of application, during
business hours.

How the Annual Events Program functions:

Events are declared either at policy
inception or during the policy term

Only
eligible events may be declared to the policy

Policy may be issued without declaring
events at policy inception

No Audits

Premiums fully earned at inception (no
financing)

An event is
NOT covered unless declared to the policy prior to the event taking
place

To
be eligible for the Annual Events Insurance Program:
- Each declared event up to 90 days in duration.
- Up to 10,000 attendees per day per event.
- Take place anywhere in the United States, including Washington DC.
- Not have: Stunts, Pyrotechnics, Aircrafts, Hazardous Activities, Car
Races, Precision Driving, Mechanical Devices, Private Armed Security
Guards, Film Production, Live Rap/Hip-Hop music, Live Rock/Metal music,
Rides, Take Place in Water*
